"It has been the best decision we’ve ever made. We are all delighted to have moved to such a wonderful house and area in the country.”

Early Bird Reservation

An Early Bird reservation allows you to pre-book your home before the price and date of entry have been released.

Making an Early Bird Reservation?

We know buying a home can be very competitive, that is why many of our unreleased homes offer the possibility of an Early Bird reservation. This is a reservation that is placed against any plot on the development, prior to it being released. This means you can pre-book and plan for your new home while you wait for the price and date of entry to be determined.

Although we are unable to give you a fixed price when taking an Early Bird reservation, we may be able to give you an indicative price.

Once you have selected a house, we will ask that you pay a deposit of £150. This will secure your choice and ensure you are contacted before any other clients, significantly lowering the chances that you will miss out on your ideal home. Then, sit back and relax.

What Happens Next?

We will be in touch with you as soon as your Early Bird plot is released for sale. At this stage, the sales executive will give you the price and anticipated date of entry so you can decide whether or not to go through with the purchase. Please be aware that the date of entry is only an estimate and further updates will be given as the build progresses. If you choose not to proceed with the full reservation, £75 will be refunded back to you.

Whatever you decide, we ask that you inform your sales executive within 48 hours so that the reservation can be completed or the property offered to other clients.

Making a Reservation?

We are experiencing high levels of demand in a large number of locations across the country and in some areas we have no new home availability for 6 months.

To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend you book an appointment today, and reserve your preferred home in the perfect location.

Once you’ve chosen the home for you, your sales adviser will guide you through the reservation agreement. You’ll need to pay a reservation fee - this could be as little as £500*
